Modify CS-URI-Stem To Display Different Text

I have Logparser queries which returns top 10 cs-uri-stem. and top 10 cs(User-Agent) The output makes sense to all the Web Admins. We provide reports to management based on this information. Is there a way in LogParser that I change in the result output for cs-uri-stem or cs(User-Agent).

For example if cs(User-Agent) returned AppleCoreMedia/1.0.0.10A523+(iPad;+U;+CPU+OS+6_0_1+like+Mac+OS+X;+en_us) can I get it to display iPad v6_0_1.
